JAC ZIP slicer is a compact, table-top horizontal slicer. Designed for slicing baguettes, buns or even bagels.
The setting is made manually with gears on the slicer. You can adjust the depth and position of the cut. After setting the machine, you can just throw the buns inside and catch them into the basket on the other side.
Materials used on this machine are stainless steel, and steel for the blades.
The exiting has a safe one-way flap, preventing your finger to come in touch with the blades.
